RW Carpets & Flooring has been fitting quality floors across Exeter and Devon since 2001. We supply and install carpets, vinyl, laminate and luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) for homes and businesses in Exeter, Exmouth, Teignmouth, Dawlish, Newton Abbot, Broadclyst, Cranbrook, Topsham, Exminster and surrounding areas.

Founded by Ryan Westcott, a professional floor layer with nearly 30 years’ experience, our reputation is built on quality workmanship, reliability and attention to detail. Ryan trained at the Karndean School and Quick-Step Academy, achieving advanced qualifications in LVT, laminate and engineered wood flooring.

Working alongside him is Martina, who manages the accounts, bookings and customer enquiries, and Dan, our apprentice floor layer, who is learning every aspect of the trade under Ryan’s guidance.

We bring flooring samples to your home or workplace so you can see how they look in your own lighting and surroundings. Our goal is simple – to provide professional fitting, honest advice and floors you can stand on.

Ryan laid some roll vinyl for us from the utility, through the kitchen and to the end of the dining room. This seemed a tricky job as we did not want any joins but for it to flow from one room to the other. It was seamless and the finish was faultless. I would highly recommend Ryan.

The vinyl which is so easy to look after, plus the way its been laid to a high standard has bought a clean, light and modern look to the bedroom & lounge.
